Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies- 93 calories

I have known as myself “the individual equal to the Cookie Monster. ” I’m obsessed with cookies, so I was making when I awakened in my weight loss journey that was remarkable I knew I had to get a way to still enjoy my love for biscuits.

I found a few recipes, all good but nothing good. I took my older recipes and also blended both. Taking the lanky cookie tricks I had learned I made those amazing, wealthy, Pumpkin Pie flavored cookies.

Cookies-

3/4 cup white bread

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tablespoons unsalted butter- room temperature

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

Oats – or old fashioned cuts

Frosting-

2 cups roasted or confection sugar

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

splash of vanilla

GET STARTED:

Upgrades –

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

-Blend flour.

-On this flour mixture add pumpkin puree butter, vanilla, and egg and blend together.

-Slowly add oatmeal and blend until just blended.

-Put dough to business.

-Spoon out tbsp sized biscuits and put in 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.

-Let cookies cool before adding frosting.

Frosting-

-Whisk together powdered sugar, pumpkin puree and vanilla till constancy, add water a teaspoon at a time if needed to cut out it.

-let set for 10 minutes and drizzle onto cookies or Dip, put to allow the frosting to set.
